The picnics are contained in a beautiful wicker basket to which you can help yourself and contain all the materials you need for a picnic (blanket to spread on the ground and disposable cutlery made of biodegradable material).

An incredible experience in Rome for your private events (wedding, birthday, anniversary, etc.) or professional ones (seminar meal, end of team building…); a tailor-made picnic organized in the heart of the Villa Borghese park or in any outdoor space of your choice: a Roman park, a terrace, or even a country house / villa. It’s fun for all ages and a great way to party in the spring and summer!

The experience includes:
– Set up with cushions, blankets, and everything else you need for the picnic.
– A picnic menu with all the necessary utensils in biodegradable material.
– A dedicated person from setting up to final clearing.

Booking method:
To complete your booking, we need the following information:
– The number of participants
– Your preferred date and time for your picnic
– The chosen menu
– A telephone number (valid in Rome or on Whatsapp).
– A postal address to edit the invoice.
Terms of sale:
– Payment upon booking is by bank transfer or secure payment system by credit card (Stripe).
– Payment, cancellation, and refund details are specified on the invoice, which will be sent by email.
– Reservations must be made by email to: info@beyondroma.com or using the appropriate contact form, at least 48 hours in advance: from Monday to Friday (subject to availability).
Additional Information:
– It is important to inform us, at the time of booking, of any intolerances, allergies, or special diets (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) in order to provide an adequate menu.
