Essential Information About Our Tours
- Certified Guides: All our guides are officially licensed by the Province of Rome (holders of a “patentino”). In Italy, it is illegal to conduct tours without this official certification. We work exclusively with certified professionals to ensure the highest quality and compliance.
- Group Size: A minimum of 4 participants is required for us to handle a booking. Each group is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. For larger groups, multiple bookings will be necessary, and a shared time slot cannot be guaranteed.
1. Simple Entry with Skip-the-Line Ticket

- Duration: Self-guided visit, for as long as you wish until closing time.
- Important: This option does not include a guide or direct access to St. Peter’s Basilica.

2. Small-Group Guided Tour

Practical Information for Your Visit
- Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM, exit from exhibition areas starts at 6:30 PM). Evening openings on Fridays from April to October (7:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
- Meeting Point: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time at the entrance of the Vatican Museums (Viale Vaticano), with your voucher (digital or printed).
- Guide Languages: French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, Chinese, and others upon request.
- Accessibility: The standard route is not fully accessible for wheelchair users. Alternative routes are possible; please inform us when booking to arrange a suitable tour.
- Available Time Slots (indicative):
Morning: 08:00 – 08:30 – 09:00 – 09:30 – 10:00 – 10:30 – 11:00 – 11:30 – 12:00
Afternoon: 12:30 – 13:00 – 13:30 – 14:00 – 15:00 – 15:30 – 16:00 - Headsets: For groups of 5 or more, headsets are required to follow the tour and limit noise within the Museums. A surcharge of €5.00 per person applies.
How to Book
To finalize the booking, we need the following information:
- The chosen tour option, your preferred date, and time.
- The number of participants, with their full names and ages.
- A reachable phone number (preferably WhatsApp).
- The full address for invoicing.
General Conditions:
- Payment: Full payment is required upon booking, by bank transfer (no fee) or credit card (+3.9% processing fee).
- Booking Deadline: Bookings must be made via email at least 3 business days in advance, subject to availability.
- Cancellation: Once the tickets and guide are booked, the service is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Dates, times, and the number of participants cannot be changed.
- Closure of St. Peter’s Basilica: If the Basilica cannot be visited due to force majeure or events of the Holy See, the 3-hour guided tour will focus on the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. No refund will be granted.
- Force Majeure: The agency cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes, site closures, supplier delays, etc.).
