- Booking : We recommend booking at least 10 working days in advance (15 working days for groups of more than 50 people), subject to availability.
- Payment methods : Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.9% fee applies to credit card payments via the secure Stripe system.
- Contact : To ensure accurate and efficient follow-up, all requests and bookings are handled only by e-mail. We do not handle requests by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Thank you for your understanding.
- Force Majeure : The agency cannot be held responsible for events resulting from force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political or social unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, as well as unforeseen closures of monuments or roads, or supplier delays.
