To make your event even more memorable, we can organize additional services such as transfers from the participants’ hotel, the presence of a photographer, an open bar, or special decorations for occasions like a product presentation.
Booking Details:
To finalize the reservation, we will need the following information:
- Confirmation of the chosen date and time
- Your budget and preferred location
- Number of participants
- Intolerances, allergies, or special diets (to be reported at least 7 days before the activity)
- Valid phone number in Italy (or WhatsApp number)
- Postal address for invoice issuance
- Preferred payment method: Pre-payment required by bank transfer or via a credit card payment link (3.9% fee for the secure Stripe system at the customer’s expense).
Sales Conditions:
- Payment upon reservation by bank transfer or credit card.
- Reservations must be made by email or via a contact form at least 72 hours in advance (business days) and are subject to availability.
- IMPORTANT: We do not accept any reservation made less than 72 hours (business days, Monday to Friday) before the requested date.
- No reservation is guaranteed before prepayment and the possible sending of proof of payment.
