- School Groups: 9 to 30 students (Guide + Radio headsets mandatory).

The Colosseum opens at 08:30 AM. The Forum/Palatine opens at 09:00 AM.- Oct 26, 2025 – Feb 28, 2026: 08:30 AM – 04:30 PM (Last entry 03:30 PM).
- Mar 01 – Mar 28, 2026: Last entry 04:30 PM. Park closes 05:30 PM.
- Mar 29 – Sep 30, 2026: Last entry 06:15 PM. Park closes 07:15 PM.
- Oct 01 – Oct 24, 2026: Last entry 04:30 PM. Park closes 05:30 PM.
- Oct 25, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027: Last entry 03:30 PM. Park closes 04:30 PM.
- Closures & Free Days:
- Closed: December 25, 2026, and January 1, 2027.
- Free Entry: First Sunday of the month, April 25, June 2, November 4.
- Rules & Tips for Your Visit:
- Proof of ID: A valid ID is required for all visitors (names must match tickets).
- Tickets: All tickets are sent by email and must be presented (printed or on smartphone).
- Footwear: Comfortable shoes are highly recommended.
- Prohibited Items: Glass bottles, sprays, alcohol, large backpacks/suitcases.
Booking Procedures & Conditions
To finalize your booking, please provide us with the following by email:
- The chosen tour option, your desired date, and time.
- The preferred language for the guided tour.
- The number of participants with their full names and ages.
- Your full billing details.
- Booking Channel: All inquiries and bookings are handled exclusively by email to ensure rigorous tracking. We do not accept reservations via phone or WhatsApp.
- Payment: Full prepayment is required to confirm the booking.
- Method: Bank transfer (no fee) or Credit Card via Stripe (+3.9% fee).
- No payment is accepted after the event.
- Deadlines: Requests must be made at least 3 business days in advance (subject to availability).
- Cancellation Policy: Once tickets and/or the guide are booked, the service is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Dates, times, and participant numbers cannot be modified.
- Force Majeure: The agency cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes, unexpected site closures, etc.).
