How to Book Your Experience
To finalize your booking, please send us the following information by e-mail:
- The preferred date and time.
- The desired starting point or the address of your hotel.
- The preferred language for the activity.
- The number of participants and their age range.
- Any important information, to be reported at least 7 days before the activity.
- A phone number that can be reached in Italy (or works on WhatsApp).
- Your full address for billing purposes.
General and Cancellation Conditions
Booking
- We recommend booking at least 10 working days in advance (15 working days for groups of more than 50 people), subject to availability.
- To ensure accurate and efficient follow-up, all inquiries and bookings are handled exclusively by e-mail at info@beyondroma.com or via our contact form. We do not handle requests by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Payment
- Payment is required upon booking and can be made by bank transfer or credit card (via a secure Stripe link).
- Please note that a 3.9% fee applies to credit card payments.
Cancellation and Specific Conditions
- In case of cancellation, the deposit paid upon booking is kept by the agency and is non-refundable. It serves to guarantee the firm booking of your time slot, which leads us to refuse other events for that slot.
- In case of light rain, the activity is maintained with an adapted organization.
- In case of severe weather (RED ALERT) making the activity dangerous, the event may be postponed (subject to our availability) or refunded, excluding our 10% agency fee. This decision must be made at least 7 days before the event date.
- Entrance tickets for monuments or attractions are non-refundable, unless the site has an exceptional refund policy.
- Services involving the delivery of materials (personalized gifts, etc.) are non-refundable after purchase.
Force Majeure
- The agency cannot be held responsible for events resulting from cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, unforeseen closures of monuments, etc.).
