Booking Procedures:
To finalize the reservation, we will need the following information:
- Confirmation of the chosen date and time
- The tour, options, and any chosen extras
- Number of participants and age of participants
- Valid phone number in Italy (or WhatsApp number)
- Postal address for invoice issuance
- Preferred payment method: Pre-payment required by bank transfer or via a credit card payment link (3.9% fee for the secure Stripe system at the customer’s expense).
Terms of Sale:
- Payment upon reservation by bank transfer or credit card.
- Reservations must be made by email or contact form at least 72 hours in advance (business days) and are subject to availability. IMPORTANT: We do not accept any reservation made less than 72 hours (business days, Monday to Friday) before the requested date.
- No reservation is guaranteed before prepayment and the possible sending of proof of payment.
Additional Information:
- The activity takes place on the outskirts of Rome. If you do not have a vehicle to get there, we recommend also booking a private transfer (Price on request depending on the number of people).
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Helmet and insurance included.
