Please note that our restaurant booking and dinner organization service is exclusively dedicated to:
- Companies (Gala dinners, seminars, team building).
- Private groups of more than 10 people.
We do not process individual reservations (couples, families, or groups of fewer than 10 people).

As a local agency with an on-site team and a DMC (Destination Management Company) accredited by the Convention Bureau of Lazio, we open the doors to exclusive venues and manage the entire organization for you.

2. Our Approach: No Budget = No Proposal
Rome has thousands of restaurants. To save you time and propose relevant venues, it is imperative that you communicate your budget per person (including drinks or not).
Without this information, we cannot process your request. Knowing your budget allows us to:
- Immediately target the appropriate range of restaurants (Pizzeria, Trattoria, Premium, or Luxury).
- Negotiate the best group menus for you.
- Verify the actual feasibility of your requests.
3. Need a Hotel? Enjoy our Free “Venue Finder” Service
The location of your dinner often depends on your accommodation.
- Already have a hotel? Please let us know its name and address. This allows us to propose restaurants within walking distance or organize appropriate transfers.
- Don’t have a hotel yet? As a DMC, we offer a free Venue Finding service. Entrust us with your criteria (standard, budget, district) and we will propose the best hotels to host your group.
Turnkey Organization
We go beyond simple table reservations:
- Tailor-Made Menus: Adaptation to dietary requirements (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Halal, Allergies).
- Personalization: Branding, printed menus, floral decoration.

To receive a proposal, please send an email to info@beyondroma.com with the following mandatory details:
- Desired date and time.
- Exact number of participants (Min. 10 pax).
- Your budget per person (indispensable information).
- Name of your hotel in Rome (or mention “Looking for hotel”).
- Type of atmosphere sought (Quiet, festive, typical, luxury…).
- Full company details for billing, phone number.
- Any dietary restrictions.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
- Mandatory Prepayment: All our reservations only become effective upon receipt of full prepayment. In accordance with our T&Cs and those of the restaurateurs, we do not accept any payment after the event.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer or Credit Card (via secure Stripe link, +3.9% service fee charged to the client).
- Deadlines: All requests must be made at least 1 week in advance (business days).
- Booking Channel: We do not accept any reservations by phone or WhatsApp. As our offers are custom-made, please email us.
- Cancellation: Agency fees are non-refundable. Cancellation conditions (food & beverage) depend on the partner restaurant and will be communicated in the quote.
