Business Overview

We recommend the Team Building treasure hunt for corporate events and activities. It’s fun and unique, and it fosters team building among participants while allowing them to explore the capital of design and fashion through an unforgettable urban adventure.

Scavenger Hunt or Team Rally

• Availability: Every day, subject to availability, with a departure time of your choice.
• Theme: Secrets and Legends of the Historic District.
• Duration: About 2.5 to 3 hours (the duration can be adjusted to suit your needs).
• Meeting place: A restaurant, a hotel, or a square near the historic center.
• Itinerary: Key sites in the historic center (Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Castello Sforza…) as well as hidden spots full of secrets and legends, all located between the Sforza Castle and the Duomo.
• Languages: French – English – Italian (other languages available upon request).
• Minimum: 20 participants / Maximum: 400 participants.

How does the activity work?

A Customized Experience: This concept gives you a great deal of freedom in planning: our staff will meet you at a location in the historic district that we’ve chosen together, allowing the teams to head out immediately after the briefing.

Simple Rules: At the start of the experience, all participants gather together, and our staff explain the rules of the game in the language of your choice. The rules are clearly defined at the beginning of the game to ensure it runs smoothly. Game kits containing clues, a map of Milan, and pens will be handed out to the teams, who will then set out to discover places, monuments, and secrets in the historic center.

Ongoing support: We stay in touch with the treasure hunt organizer by creating a WhatsApp group for each team, which allows participants to communicate with one another and help each other as needed.

A game full of surprises: Throughout the game, participants will encounter puzzles to solve, additional challenges and questions, and even a culinary surprise (a choice of a cannoli, ice cream, or tiramisu).

May the best team win! As the game progresses, the competitive spirit takes hold of the players: teams earn points for solving puzzles, completing challenges, and winning rounds. At the end of the adventure, the team with the most points wins the game—and a final treasure!

Souvenirs… Each participant receives a booklet summarizing the stages, puzzles, and anecdotes discovered during the treasure hunt as a memento of the event. In addition, all the photos taken by the teams and collected by our team during the game will be sent to you within 3 days so you can keep a memento of the activity and see photos of the competing teams!

Rates

Prices vary depending on the number of participants: starting at €75.00 per person.

The price includes:

• Custom treasure hunts.
• The BeyondMilano team will oversee the event.
• Interactive activities with locals.
• Customization of kits in French, English, or Italian (other languages available upon request).
• Prize for the winning team: A Pasta Kit or a scale model of a Vespa, Fiat 500, or Ferrari (to be decided together).
• A culinary stop.
• A souvenir booklet for each participant.

Personalized Storytelling

Customization of the storytelling or experience based on your event, your brand, the concept, or the image you want to convey to participants or your customers.

Examples:

• Time-themed customization for a major watchmaking group.
• Fashion-themed customization for a luxury brand.

Additional Options

• A room reserved at your hotel for your pre-departure briefing (for groups of more than 30 people, we strongly recommend a venue equipped with a microphone).
• Additional prizes for the second and third-place teams (starting at €20.00 per additional prize).
• Professional photographer available during the event (prices upon request, starting at €400.00).
• Assistants who support each team.
• A final option is available, featuring culinary offerings to round out the hunt with an aperitif, lunch, or dinner…

For large groups, we strongly recommend wrapping up the event at a reserved venue where participants can sit down, have a drink, and watch the awards ceremony in comfort. We offer several options that can be added to the price of the scavenger hunt:

• A final drink at a bar or on a rooftop.
• Cocktail reception at a bar, restaurant, private venue, or rooftop.
• A final lunch or dinner at a traditional restaurant, a pizzeria, a unique private venue, a fine-dining restaurant, with a view or on a terrace (during the warmer months)… all these options can be tailored to your group size, preferences, and budget.
