How Your Dragon Boat Event Will Unfold
The program is flexible and can be tailored to your needs (recommended duration: 2–3 hours).
- Welcome and Briefing: Our facilitators welcome your teams, explain the origins of the sport, the tournament rules, and the safety guidelines.
- Team Formation: Participants are divided into crews, and each boat is assigned a certified helmsman-coach.
- Preparation: Go to the locker room to change into comfortable workout clothes.
- Dry Land Warm-up: A fun session to synchronize basic paddling movements and prepare the crews for the challenge.
- On-the-Water Training: The teams set out on test runs to find their rhythm as a team and get familiar with the maneuvers.
- Start of the Tournament: The competition begins! Teams compete over distances of 100 and 200 meters in timed qualifying rounds and finals.
- Awards Ceremony and Celebration: The day concludes with a debriefing, the announcement of the results, and the presentation of awards to the winning teams in a festive atmosphere.
- After the Activity: Access to the locker rooms and showers to change clothes.

- – Your budget: either an overall budget for the entire service or a budget specific to the experience.

- – Your contact information: name of the primary contact or company, phone number (only if you would like to be contacted by phone), and billing address for the quote (which will be sent to you by email).

Terms and Conditions of Sale
Reservation Process: Requests can be made by email at info@beyondroma.com or via our contact form, accessible by clicking the “Check Availability” button. You will receive a response within 72 hours, Monday through Friday. You can also select multiple activities to customize your stay by adding them to your favorites before finalizing your overall selection. To ensure the availability of our venues and chefs, we recommend confirming your event at least 15 days in advance.
Payment Terms: The reservation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of payment (or the agreed-upon deposit, depending on the group size and how far in advance the reservation is made). Payment can be made by bank transfer or via our fully secure online payment system using a credit card (Stripe platform, with a 3.9% fee charged to the customer).
Cancellation and Refund Policy: The pricing terms, payment schedule (deposit and balance), and applicable cancellation and refund policies will be provided upon request.
