Please note that we do not have an online ticketing or direct sales system. Our event and sports services are exclusively custom-designed for groups, so we do not offer any standardized packages. • The event, game, or sport you're interested in, along with your preferred date.
• The exact number of participants.
• The designated seating type (standard stadium seats managed by group or private VIP box/hospitality lounge).
• Your total budget or budget per person for this service.
• Your complete contact information (last name, phone number where you can be reached on the day of the event, and full billing address for the invoice to be sent via email).

• Exclusive Channel: To ensure thorough follow-up, all requests and logistical details are handled exclusively via email. We do not process any reservations or changes by phone, text message, or WhatsApp.
• Deadlines: Given the constraints associated with official ticket offices and sports federation schedules, all group requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance (business days, Monday through Friday), subject to actual availability at the time of confirmation.
• Prepayment Required: Ticket reservations or facility bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received. No payments will be accepted on-site on the day of the event.
• Payment methods: Bank transfer (free of charge, depending on your bank's terms) or credit card via the secure Stripe system (a service fee of +3.9% is charged to the customer).

• Event Policy: The terms and conditions regarding cancellations, name changes on tickets, and eligibility for refunds are directly governed by the official policies of sports organizations, clubs, or stadium operators. These will be detailed in your quote.
• Agency Fees: Please note that for all services, the agency’s organizational and research fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Special Orders: Any additional services ordered in conjunction with the delivery of equipment or specific catering services related to the event are non-refundable after purchase.
