• Availability: Every day, all year round.
• Schedule: Departures upon request between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (last departure). A night tour is available upon request for an additional fee.
• Standard duration: 3 hours (for a shorter duration, the same rate per person applies).
• Meeting point: Pickup at your hotel or another location upon request (provided it is in the city center and accessible by vehicle).

• Minimum: 3 participants / Maximum: 100 participants.
• Capacity: Up to 7 participants per golf cart. Note: The exact configuration of the vehicles may be adjusted based on the final number of participants and availability.

• Tour 1 – The Baroque Heart of Rome: Explore the city’s iconic squares and fountains. Suggested itinerary: Pantheon (exterior), Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Campo de’ Fiori Market, and much more.
• Tour 2 – The Hills of Ancient Rome: An effortless journey through history. Suggested itinerary: Colosseum (exterior), Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, Capitoline Hill.
• Custom Tour: We'll create a personalized itinerary based on your preferences (for an additional fee).

Routes may be adjusted based on traffic, street closures, or events in the city; the route will be adjusted accordingly.

The price includes:

• Rental of a private golf cart for 3 hours.
• An expert driver-guide who speaks the language of your choice. Note: You are not allowed to drive the golf carts.
• Pickup and drop-off at Piazza della Trinità dei Monti or your hotel: guaranteed option for groups of more than 10 people (the meeting point can be customized upon request, subject to availability).
• Our agency provides logistical support for groups of 15 or more people.
• Reservation and agency fees.

To finalize your reservation, please send us the following information by email:

• The requested route.
• Preferred date and time.
• Your preferred pickup location or your hotel's address.
• Your preferred language for the activity.
• The number of participants and their age group.
• Any important information must be reported at least 7 days before the activity.
• A phone number that can be reached in Italy (or that works with WhatsApp).
• Your full billing address.

• Reservations: We recommend making a reservation at least 10 business days in advance (15 business days for groups of more than 50 people), subject to availability.
• Reservations: Reservations must be made by email or through our contact form at least 3 business days in advance, subject to availability.
• Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.9% fee applies to credit card payments processed through the secure Stripe system.

• Force Majeure: The agency shall not be held liable for events resulting from force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political or social unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, as well as unexpected closures of monuments or streets, or delays by service providers.

• Our cancellation policy is directly based on that of the activity provider. The specific terms and conditions for your reservation are available upon request.
• Please note that for all services, agency fees are due and non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.
• Services that involve the delivery of physical items, such as personalized gifts or special requests, are non-refundable after purchase.
