A hot-air balloon ride is an ideal activity for corporate groups, team-building events, families, couples, and groups of friends. In addition to group flights, we also offer exclusive and private flights, perfect for building team cohesion, celebrating special occasions, or simply enjoying an unforgettable experience together.
Hot Air Balloon Ride in Magliano Sabina
Discover the magic of a hot-air balloon ride over the magnificent Tiber Valley, the archaeological site of Otricoli, and Italy’s historic landscapes. The experience includes watching the balloon being inflated, followed by a flight at an altitude of over 500 meters, and finally an aperitif featuring local wine and a tasting of local cold cuts and cheeses. You’ll also receive a certificate of your first hot-air balloon flight, signed by the pilot.
- Availability: Daily, weather permitting, for private flights; on weekends for group flights.
- Meeting point: Magliano Sabina, 1 hour from Rome.
- Schedule: Departure at 5:30 a.m. from Magliano Sabina.

- Total duration of the experience: 3 to 4 hours, including 1 hour of flight time.

- Price for a shared flight: €350.00 per person.
- Total price for a private flight: €3,000.00 for a private flight for up to 12 people.

- A detailed pre-flight briefing.
- A hot-air balloon ride lasting about an hour.

Not included:
- Transfer from Rome: not included, but we recommend a private transfer service that we can arrange (price upon request, depending on your departure point and the number of people).
Reservation Policies
To complete the reservation, we need the following information:
- The number of participants.
- Your preferred date and time for your activity.
- The selected option.
- A phone number with an area code (valid in Italy or on WhatsApp).
- A mailing address for billing purposes.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Payment at the time of booking via bank transfer or a secure credit card payment system (Stripe).
- Payment, cancellation, and refund details are specified on the invoice that will be sent to you by email.
- Reservations must be made by email or through the contact form at least 48 hours in advance, Monday through Friday (subject to availability).

Can I make a reservation directly on the website?
No, it is not possible to make a reservation or pay directly online.
Unlike automated booking platforms (such as GetYourGuide or Viator), we do not offer standardized services. Every event or corporate retreat is unique: we create a fully customized program to ensure the actual availability of our local partners, verify the logistical feasibility of your project, and tailor the terms to the specific needs of your group.
