• You must arrive at the venue 30 minutes before your activity begins.
• Paintball requires good physical condition and appropriate clothing (sturdy sweatshirts and jeans, athletic shoes).
• The paint used is 100% biodegradable, non-toxic, and washes off easily.

To complete the reservation, we need the following information:

• Confirmation of the selected date and time
• The option and any extras selected
• Number of participants and participants' ages
• Food intolerances, allergies, or special dietary requirements (please notify us at least 7 days before the activity)
• A valid phone number in Italy (or a WhatsApp number)

• Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.9% fee applies to credit card payments processed through the secure Stripe system.
• Reservations: Reservations must be made by email or through our contact form at least 3 business days in advance, subject to availability.
• Force Majeure: The agency shall not be held liable for events resulting from force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political or social unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, as well as unexpected closures of monuments or streets, or delays by service providers.
