- Ancient & Imperial Rome: the Colosseum (secret viewpoints away from the crowds), the Monti neighborhood (bohemian charm), the Imperial Forums, Trajan’s Markets, and the panoramic view from the Capitoline Hill.
- La Grande Bellezza (Historic Center): Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Trinità dei Monti Steps, Via Margutta (the artists’ street), and the Pincio Terrace at sunset.
- Roman Charm (Trastevere & Panoramas): Ponte Sisto, the ochre-colored alleys of Trastevere, the Janiculum Viewpoint, Tiber Island, and the Jewish Ghetto.

Practical Information
- Availability: daily (by reservation).
- Scheduling: We’ll recommend the best time (often early in the morning or late in the day) to take advantage of the “Golden Hour” and avoid the crowds.
- Languages spoken by the photographer: French, English, Italian.
- Delivery: The photos are selected, professionally edited, and sent via a secure download link within 7 days.
- Holidays: A surcharge of €30.00 will be added to the total price on Italian holidays.

- The desired date and the number of participants.
- The course or the chosen atmosphere.
- The name of your hotel in Rome (to specify the meeting place).
- Any transportation needs you may have (e.g., a request for a vintage Fiat 500 for the photo shoot).
Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Prepayment Required: All reservations are not considered confirmed until full prepayment has been received. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we do not accept any payments after the event.
- Payment methods: bank transfer or credit card (via a secure Stripe link; a service fee of +3.9% is charged to the customer).
- Deadlines: All requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance (business days, Monday through Friday).
- Booking Channel: We do not accept reservations by phone or WhatsApp. Since our offers are customized, please send us an email or fill out the contact form.
- Delays: The photo shoot begins and ends at the agreed-upon time. Any delays on the part of participants or excessive travel time will be deducted from the shooting time.
- Weather: In the event of light rain, the photo shoot will go ahead as scheduled. In the event of severe weather (Red Alert), the session may be rescheduled or refunded (excluding a 10% agency fee).
- Cancellation: Agency fees are due and non-refundable. The specific cancellation terms will be provided to you in the final quote.

Since every event is unique, the cancellation policies depend on the requirements of our local partners (hotels, private venues, or sites with strictly named-ticket policies, such as the Colosseum). These policies are always clearly and transparently outlined in your quote and contract.

Agency Fees: Upon signing the contract and paying the first installment, the agency fees are considered definitively earned and non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation at no charge by the service providers.

Supplier Services: Cancellations of services (accommodations, activities, guides) are subject to the specific schedule outlined in your contract, based on the date the cancellation is notified.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer two secure payment methods:

Bank transfer (SEPA or international): This is our preferred payment method. Any fees charged by your bank for the transaction are your responsibility.

Credit Card: You can pay directly online through our ultra-secure partner platform, Stripe. Note: A 3.9% transaction fee applies to the total amount for credit card payments.
Can I make a reservation directly on the website?
No, it is not possible to make a reservation or pay directly online.
Unlike automated booking platforms (such as GetYourGuide or Viator), we do not offer standardized services. Every event or corporate retreat is unique: we create a fully customized program to ensure the actual availability of our local partners, verify the logistical feasibility of your project, and tailor the terms to the specific needs of your group. After you’ve shared your preferences via the “Discuss My Project” button or confirmed “My Selection, ” a dedicated project manager will work with you to refine your specifications before sending you a detailed quote.
