For companies, this service provides you with photographic content to use in your communication channels or simply to give your employees a visual memento.

Our professional photographers will be discreet and attentive observers who will provide you with high-quality memories. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, they’ll be ready to capture every moment. Your photos will then be selected, retouched, and delivered in high definition. (Format and turnaround time based on your request)

A photographer will cover your event for as long as you'd like.

• Availability: Every day
• Hours: Daytime between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. – Evening/Night between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• Duration: Depends on the package selected
• Areas covered: Rome and the surrounding area (any travel expenses for the photographer are the client's responsibility)
• Languages: French, English, and Italian

Day Passes

• 2-hour photography package: starting at €300.00 (approximately 40 retouched photos)
• Half-Day Package (4 hours): starting at €500.00 (approximately 80 retouched photos)
• Day Package (8 hours): starting at €900.00 (approximately 160 retouched photos)

Evening/Night Packages

• 2-hour package (starting at 8:00 p.m.): starting at €400.00 (approximately 40 retouched photos)
• 4-hour package (starting at 8:00 p.m.): starting at €700.00 (approximately 80 retouched photos)

A photo booth with a minimalist design that lets you take photos with complete freedom. You can then print and share them in just a few seconds using the built-in sharing system. You can connect your Facebook page to live-stream the event. Suitable for any type of event.

• 1-hour rental: starting at €400.00
• 2-hour rental: starting at €600.00
• 3-hour rental: starting at €750.00
• 1-day rental: starting at €1,400.00
• 2-day rental: starting at €2,500.00

The price includes:

• Box Delivery (in Rome)
• Installation / Removal of the Device
• Customizing photos with the event logo or symbol
• Printed photos that can be shared immediately on the customer's social media accounts
• Unlimited printing of 10 × 15 cm color photos
• Technical support from a specialized service provider

Bonus: Custom graphic design for the box: starting at €50.00

• Overtime: +€20.00 per hour on Italian holidays.
• All photos from the shoot are selected, retouched or edited one by one, and sent in high definition via a digital link within one week.
• Reservations must be made by email or through the contact form at least 48 hours in advance, Monday through Friday (subject to availability).
• Reservation Terms: Payment is due at the time of reservation via bank transfer or credit card.
• Please note that the photo shoot will have a designated start time and end time; any delays or time spent traveling will reduce the time available for the shoot.

• – The desired date and time for the experience (specifying whether they are flexible).
• – Estimated number of participants: Please specify whether this number is likely to change. Be sure to mention any specific details about your group that are relevant to the experience (dietary restrictions, fitness level, children’s ages, etc.).
• – Language: The preferred language for your experience.
• – The type of group or event: a trip with family, with friends, a celebration, or a seminar.
• – Location: the address of your lodging or the event venue.
• – Your budget: either an overall budget for the entire service or a budget specific to the experience.
• – Your needs for additional services: lodging, transportation, photographer, decorations, etc.
• – Your contact information: name of the primary contact or company, phone number (only if you would like to be contacted by phone), and billing address for the quote (which will be sent to you by email).
• Please note that the more details you provide in your initial message, the faster and more effectively we can process your request!

• – Processus de réservation : Les demandes s’effectuent par e-mail à info@beyondroma.com ou via notre formulaire de contact, accessible par le bouton « Demande de disponibilité ». Une réponse vous sera envoyée sous 72h, du lundi au vendredi. Vous avez également la possibilité de sélectionner plusieurs activités pour composer votre séjour en les ajoutant à vos favoris avant de valider votre sélection globale. Afin de garantir la disponibilité des espaces et de nos chefs, nous recommandons de confirmer l’événement au moins 15 jours à l’avance.
• – Modalités de paiement : La réservation est définitivement validée à réception du paiement (ou de l’acompte convenu, selon la taille du groupe et l’anticipation de la réservation). Le règlement s’effectue par virement bancaire ou via notre système de paiement en ligne entièrement sécurisé par carte bancaire (plateforme Stripe, avec des frais de 3,9 % à la charge du client).
• – Annulation et Remboursement : Les conditions tarifaires, l’échéancier de paiement (acompte et solde), ainsi que les barèmes applicables en cas d’annulation et de remboursement, vous seront communiqués sur simple demande.
