Please note that our traditional picnic service (picnic baskets, park deliveries) is currently suspended for the 2026 season, as our long-time supplier has ceased operations.
Options for businesses and large groups (> 20 people):
Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate requests from individuals or small groups.
However, for companies and groups of more than 20 people, our team can work on customized alternative solutions (event catering, outdoor buffet, etc.). Please feel free to contact us so we can explore a suitable option together.
Practical Information
- Availability: Every day.
- Time: Between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Participants: Minimum 20 – Maximum 400 people.
- Location: Villa Pamphilj or delivery.
- Price: Starting at €60.00.

Reservation Policies

- Desired date and time
- The exact number of participants (min. 20 people)
- Your estimated budget per person (required to receive a customized proposal)
- Your complete contact information (Company, billing address, phone number)
- Any dietary restrictions (allergies, special diets)
Terms of Sale & Payment
- Prepayment Required: All reservations are not considered confirmed until full prepayment has been received. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions and those of our partners, we do not accept any payments after the event.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer or credit card (via a secure Stripe link; a service fee of +3.9% is charged to the customer).
- Deadlines: All requests must be submitted at least 1 week in advance (business days, Monday through Friday).
- Availability: Offers are subject to the actual availability of the caterer and the venue at the time of final confirmation.
- Booking Channel: We do not accept reservations by phone or WhatsApp. Since our offers are customized, please send us an email.
- Cancellation: Agency fees are non-refundable. The cancellation policy for the catering/vendor portion depends on the service provider and will be provided to you in the final quote.

What are the terms and conditions for changes or cancellations?
Since every event is unique, the cancellation policies depend on the requirements of our local partners (hotels, private venues, or sites with strictly named-ticket policies, such as the Colosseum). These policies are always clearly and transparently outlined in your quote and contract.

Agency Fees: Upon signing the contract and paying the first installment, the agency fees are considered definitively earned and non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation at no charge by the service providers.

Supplier Services: Cancellations of services (accommodations, activities, guides) are subject to the specific schedule outlined in your contract, based on the date the cancellation is notified.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer two secure payment methods:

Bank transfer (SEPA or international): This is our preferred payment method. Any fees charged by your bank for the transaction are your responsibility.

Credit Card: You can pay directly online through our ultra-secure partner platform, Stripe. Note: A 3.9% transaction fee applies to the total amount for credit card payments.
Can I make a reservation directly on the website?
No, it is not possible to make a reservation or pay directly online.
Unlike automated booking platforms (such as GetYourGuide or Viator), we do not offer standardized services. Every event or corporate retreat is unique: we create a fully customized program to ensure the actual availability of our local partners, verify the logistical feasibility of your project, and tailor the terms to the specific needs of your group. After you’ve shared your preferences via the “Discuss My Project” button or confirmed “My Selection, ” a dedicated project manager will work with you to refine your specifications before sending you a detailed quote.
