Pole Dancing in Rome – Special Offer for Groups
Please note: Services for groups. We organize wonderful events specifically designed for groups (bachelorette parties, birthdays, team-building events). We do not accept individual reservations or single-person registrations.
Practical Information
- Availability: Monday through Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. – Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Meeting Point: Conca d’Oro neighborhood in Rome (a slightly out-of-the-way neighborhood that’s easily accessible).
- Languages: English and Italian.
- Capacity: The rate is based on a minimum of 6 participants (it is perfectly possible to come in a smaller group by paying this flat rate) – Maximum 12 people.
Note: To ensure the best possible experience (1 bar per person), the ideal capacity is 8 people per room. For larger groups (12 or more people), we’ll be happy to open a second room with a second instructor, or offer you a longer class for the entire group.
Our Plans
Pole Dance Class – Classic Lesson
A 75-minute lesson with a certified teacher.
- Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
- Price: Base rate of €240.00 (up to 6 people), plus €40.00 per additional person.
Special Bachelorette Party Class – Activity with Happy Hour
A 75-minute class followed by a 45-minute social Happy Hour with Prosecco, savory snacks, and fresh fruit.
- Total duration: 2 hours
- Price: Base rate of €360.00 (up to 6 people), plus €60.00 per additional person.
Additional Option: Instructor Performance
If you would like to include a short performance by the instructor (covering an entire song), a surcharge of €70.00 will be added to the group’s total.
Reservation Policies
To organize your event, please email us the following information:
- The estimated number of participants
- Desired date and time
- The selected option (Classic, Bachelorette Party, Performance)
- A phone number (that can be reached via WhatsApp for convenience)
- A complete mailing address for billing purposes
Terms and Conditions (T&C)
- Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. You can pay by bank transfer (no fees) or by credit card via Stripe (a 3.9% processing fee applies, payable by the customer).
- Proof of payment: A copy of the bank transfer will help us quickly reserve your time slot at the studio.
- Time Frame: We recommend that you make your reservation at least 10 to 15 days in advance to ensure availability, especially for groups of more than 10 people.
- Cancellation: Payments are generally non-refundable. Please let us know as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up.
A Few Tips for the Big Day
- Attire: Short shorts are ideal (they’ll help you grip the bar better), paired with a sports bra or tank top. You may want to bring leggings and socks for the warm-up. We recommend removing your jewelry (rings, bracelets) for greater comfort and to avoid scratching the equipment.
- Important: We strongly advise against applying moisturizer, oil, or body lotion on the day of class, as this will make the bar very slippery.
- Health: As a precaution, this activity is not recommended for pregnant women or people with joint problems.
- Dietary Restrictions: If you've chosen the Happy Hour package, please be sure to let us know about any allergies or specific dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free) when you make your reservation!

Since every event is unique, the cancellation policies depend on the requirements of our local partners (hotels, private venues, or sites with strictly named-ticket policies, such as the Colosseum). These policies are always clearly and transparently outlined in your quote and contract.

Agency Fees: Upon signing the contract and paying the first installment, the agency fees are considered definitively earned and non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation at no charge by the service providers.

Supplier Services: Cancellations of services (accommodations, activities, guides) are subject to the specific schedule outlined in your contract, based on the date the cancellation is notified.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer two secure payment methods:

Bank transfer (SEPA or international): This is our preferred payment method. Any fees charged by your bank for the transaction are your responsibility.

Credit Card: You can pay directly online through our ultra-secure partner platform, Stripe. Note: A 3.9% transaction fee applies to the total amount for credit card payments.
Can I make a reservation directly on the website?
No, it is not possible to make a reservation or pay directly online.
Unlike automated booking platforms (such as GetYourGuide or Viator), we do not offer standardized services. Every event or corporate retreat is unique: we create a fully customized program to ensure the actual availability of our local partners, verify the logistical feasibility of your project, and tailor the terms to the specific needs of your group. After you’ve shared your preferences via the “Discuss My Project” button or confirmed “My Selection, ” a dedicated project manager will work with you to refine your specifications before sending you a detailed quote.
