1. Intimate Spa in Downtown Rome (near Termini)
Enjoy an exclusive moment of relaxation at this luxury spa, located within a 5-star boutique hotel. Amenities include:

"Spa Access" Package (2 hours)
Full access to all facilities. Wellness kit included (bathrobe, towel, flip-flops), and changing rooms with lockers are available.
Participants: minimum 3 – maximum 12 people
Rates – Monday through Friday (excluding holidays):
- 3 to 8 people: €40.00 per person
- 9 to 12 people (private use of the spa): €70.00 per person
Rates – Weekends and Holidays:
- 3 to 8 people: €50.00 per person

"Bachelorette Party" Package (2 hours)
Exclusive use of the spa for the group (9 to 12 people), including a 25-minute massage of your choice, a glass of Prosecco, fresh fruit, and a wellness kit.
Price: €145.00 per person
"Relaxation Duo" Package (3 hours)
Spa access for two people, including a massage of your choice (deep tissue, Ayurvedic, relaxing, hot stone, etc.). Couples massages are available in the same treatment room.
Prices for a 25-minute massage: Weekdays: €160.00 per person | Weekends & holidays: €180.00 per person
Prices for a 50-minute massage: Weekdays: €220.00 per person | Weekends & holidays: €250.00 per person
"Honeymoon" Package (3 hours 30 minutes)
Full access to the spa, a 50-minute couples' massage, a 25-minute facial, a glass of champagne, and a wellness kit.
Price: €400.00 for 2 people
2. Large Spa in Trastevere (Ideal for groups)
Immerse yourself in a 3,000 m² spa inspired by ancient thermal baths. Facilities include a sauna, bio-sauna, hammam, heated saltwater pool, outdoor saltwater lake, Kneipp path, panoramic relaxation area, and wellness buffet.
Duration: 4 hours
Capacity: minimum 6 – maximum 40 people
Hours: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Prices:
- Weekdays: €50.00 per person
- Weekends & holidays: €70.00 per person
Spa & Massage Package: Admission + 50-minute massage starting at €130.00 per person
"Sunday Spa & Brunch" Package
Combine 5 hours of spa access with a delicious brunch buffet (drinks included).
- 6 to 9 people: €100.00 per person
- For groups of 10 or more: €95.00 per person

Reservation Terms and Conditions
To complete your reservation, please provide us with:
- Preferred date and time
- Number and age of participants
- Phone number with area code (works on WhatsApp or in Italy)
- Mailing Address for Billing
- Payment method: bank transfer or secure payment link (3.9% fee for card payments via Stripe)
Additional Information
- Late arrival: Your treatment time may be shortened. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
- Spa treatments and other treatments are not recommended for pregnant women.
Terms and Conditions
- Reservations: We recommend making a reservation at least 10 business days in advance (15 business days for groups of more than 50 people), subject to availability.
- Reservations: Reservations must be made by email or through our contact form at least 3 business days in advance, subject to availability.
- Payment Terms: Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.9% fee applies to credit card payments processed through the secure Stripe system.
- Contact: To ensure accurate and efficient processing, all requests and reservations are handled exclusively via email. We do not process requests by phone, text message, or WhatsApp. Thank you for your understanding.
- Force Majeure: The agency shall not be held liable for events resulting from force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political or social unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, as well as unexpected closures of monuments or streets, or delays by service providers.
- Our cancellation policy is directly based on that of the activity provider. The specific terms and conditions for your reservation are available upon request.
- Please note that for all services, agency fees are due and non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

Since every event is unique, the cancellation policies depend on the requirements of our local partners (hotels, private venues, or sites with strictly named-ticket policies, such as the Colosseum). These policies are always clearly and transparently outlined in your quote and contract.

Agency Fees: Upon signing the contract and paying the first installment, the agency fees are considered definitively earned and non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation at no charge by the service providers.

Supplier Services: Cancellations of services (accommodations, activities, guides) are subject to the specific schedule outlined in your contract, based on the date the cancellation is notified.
What payment methods are accepted?
We offer two secure payment methods:

Bank transfer (SEPA or international): This is our preferred payment method. Any fees charged by your bank for the transaction are your responsibility.

Credit Card: You can pay directly online through our ultra-secure partner platform, Stripe. Note: A 3.9% transaction fee applies to the total amount for credit card payments.
Can I make a reservation directly on the website?
No, it is not possible to make a reservation or pay directly online.
Unlike automated booking platforms (such as GetYourGuide or Viator), we do not offer standardized services. Every event or corporate retreat is unique: we create a fully customized program to ensure the actual availability of our local partners, verify the logistical feasibility of your project, and tailor the terms to the specific needs of your group. After you’ve shared your preferences via the “Discuss My Project” button or confirmed “My Selection, ” a dedicated project manager will work with you to refine your specifications before sending you a detailed quote.
