Rome Movie Sets by Vespa

Departure: 10:00 a.m. / 2:30 p.m. (daily) — Duration: 4 hours. A guided tour through the most iconic locations of Roman cinema.

Includes: Vespa with driver, helmet and hygienic helmet liner, insurance, coffee break, and an English-speaking guide (other languages available upon request), pickup and drop-off at your hotel, a restaurant, or another location in the city center.

Rome Movie Sets in a Vintage Fiat 500

Departure: 10 a.m. / 2:30 p.m. / 7 p.m. (daily for small groups of up to 10 people; Saturdays and Sundays for larger groups) — Duration: 4 hours.

Includes: Fiat with driver, insurance, coffee break, and an English-speaking guide (other languages available upon request), pickup and drop-off at your hotel, a restaurant, or another location in the city center accessible by car.

Rome Movie Sets on Foot with a Private Guide

You’ll be accompanied by a certified guide on a 3-hour tour that takes you to Rome’s most beautiful film locations. Your guide will take you on a journey through the world of cinema via these locations, interesting details, and behind-the-scenes stories. Tours depart daily; times available upon request.

• Duration: Depends on the tour you choose (4 hours by Vespa or Fiat 500, 3 hours on foot with a private guide).

• 1 person: €155.00 (additional €5.00 per person for up to 10 people).
• 10 people: €200.00 (an additional €8.00 per person for each person beyond the first 10—headphones included—up to 20 people).
• 20 people: €272.00 (additional €10.00 per person for up to 10 people—headphones included—up to 30 people).
• Groups of more than 30 people: prices available upon request.

• Option to include gourmet stops (ice cream, tiramisu, etc.) during the tour: price upon request.
• Organizing lunches or dinners before or after the tours, at venues that may or may not be related to the movies.
• Customized tours for large groups and for special team-building and incentive groups.

Ideally, please include the following information:

• The desired date and time for the experience (please specify if they are flexible).
• Estimated number of participants: Please specify whether this number is likely to change. Don’t forget to mention any specific details about your group that are relevant to the experience (dietary restrictions, fitness level, children’s ages, etc.).
• Language: The preferred language for your experience.
• The type of group or event (family trip, trip with friends, celebration, seminar).
• Location: The address of your lodging or the event venue in Rome.
• Your reference budget (either an overall budget for the entire service or a budget specific to the experience).
• Your needs for additional services (accommodations, transportation, photographer, decorations, etc.).
• Your complete contact information: name of the primary contact or company, phone number (only if you would like to be contacted by phone), and billing address for the quote (which will be sent to you by email).

1. Requests and Reservation Processes

• Initial Contact with Our Team: To ensure thorough follow-up, all requests (quotes, availability, reservations, and logistics) are handled exclusively via email (info@beyondroma.com) or through our online form. For organizational reasons, we will not process any requests by phone, text message, or WhatsApp.
• Response Times: As a general rule, you will receive a response within 72 business hours (Monday through Friday). However, this timeframe is suspended during the agency’s annual closure (the period between Christmas and New Year’s Day).
• Create Your Itinerary: Would you like to combine several activities? Simply click the “heart” icon to add activities to your favorites and send us a single request that includes them all.
• Need a turnkey trip? If your project requires a comprehensive proposal that includes finding accommodations, please fill out our dedicated form in its entirety.
• Advance Notice Required (No Last-Minute Requests): To ensure seamless planning, we are unable to handle last-minute requests. All requests must be submitted at least 3 business days (Monday through Friday) in advance. Without this advance notice, we will unfortunately be unable to process your request.
• Reservations: We recommend making a reservation at least 10 business days in advance (15 business days for groups of more than 50 people), subject to availability.
• Reservations: Reservations must be made by email or through our contact form at least 3 business days in advance, subject to availability.

2. Payment Terms

• Reservation Confirmation: The reservation is not definitively confirmed until we receive the advance payment and proof of payment. No reservation is guaranteed until payment is received.
• Accepted payment methods:
  • Bank transfer (SEPA): Free (subject to the terms and conditions of your own bank and the country of origin).
  • Credit card: Through our fully secure online payment system (Stripe platform). Please note that a 3.9% fee applies to credit card payments made through the secure Stripe system.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Deposit and Agency Fees: In the event of a complete cancellation of your event, the deposit paid at the time of booking is retained by the agency and is non-refundable. This deposit serves to guarantee your firm reservation of the date, which allows us to decline other events for that time slot. Please note that for all services, agency fees are due and non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.
• Cancellation and Refund: Our cancellation policy is directly based on that of the activity provider. The specific terms and conditions for your reservation are available upon request.
• Ticket Sales: Admission tickets for monuments or attractions are non-refundable, unless the site has a special refund policy (in which case, the refund will be issued after deducting our agency fees).
• Special Orders and Related Costs: Services that involve the delivery of physical items, such as personalized gifts or special requests, are non-refundable after purchase.
• Force Majeure: The agency shall not be held liable for events resulting from force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political or social unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, as well as unexpected closures of monuments or streets, or delays by service providers.
