- Certified Guides:All of our guides are officially licensed by the Province of Rome (holders of a “patentino”). In Italy, it is illegal to conduct tours without this certification. We work exclusively with professionals to ensure the highest quality service.
- Group size:Each group is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. For larger groups, multiple reservations will be required.
1. Private Guided Tours – Museums & the Sistine Chapel (3 hours)

- Ticket and audio fees:starting at €40.00 per person for skip-the-line tickets, agency fees, and headphones (includes: Vatican Museums skip-the-line tickets + required headphones + processing fees).

*This tour ends in the Sistine Chapel. You can then enter St. Peter's Basilica on your own (depending on crowd levels).
2. Small-group guided tour (2 hours)

Practical Information for Your Visit
- Hours of operation (2026): Monday through Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (last admission at 6:00 p.m.). Last Sunday of the month: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (last admission at 12:30 p.m.), free admission (very crowded).
- Specific Rules: No photography allowed in the Sistine Chapel. Cell phones must be set to silent mode.
- Coat Check (Guardaroba): Free storage is required for suitcases, large backpacks (> 40x35x15 cm), and non-folding umbrellas.
- Meeting Point: Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time at the entrance to the Vatican Museums (Viale Vaticano) with your voucher (digital or printed).
- Dress Code: Admission will be denied if shoulders or knees are not covered (applies to everyone, men and women).
- Security: Mandatory checks at the entrance; identification must be presented. Sharp objects (knives, scissors) and weapons are prohibited.
- Accessibility: The standard route is not fully wheelchair-accessible. Alternative routes are available; please let us know when you make your reservation.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Booking Channel: All inquiries and reservations are handled exclusively via email or our contact form to ensure thorough follow-up. We do not process inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, or text message.
- Prepayment: The reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received (bank transfer or credit card via Stripe, plus a 3.9% fee).
- Availability: Since the Vatican is one of the most popular destinations in the world, time slots fill up very quickly. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
- Cancellation Policy – Ticket Office: Admission tickets purchased on your behalf are non-transferable, non-changeable, and non-refundable once issued.

Agency Fees: Upon signing the contract and paying the first installment, the agency fees are considered definitively earned and non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation at no charge by the service providers.

Can I make a reservation directly on the website?
No, it is not possible to make a reservation or pay directly online.
Unlike automated booking platforms (such as GetYourGuide or Viator), we do not offer standardized services. Every event or corporate retreat is unique: we create a fully customized program to ensure the actual availability of our local partners, verify the logistical feasibility of your project, and tailor the terms to the specific needs of your group. After you’ve shared your preferences via the “Discuss My Project” button or confirmed “My Selection, ” a dedicated project manager will work with you to refine your specifications before sending you a detailed quote.
