PRACTICAL INFO:
- Sailing Season: Cruises generally take place from mid-March to mid-November. However, if weather conditions are favorable, we can sometimes guarantee the activity outside these dates.
- Boarding/Disembarking Points: We suggest two strategic options: either at the Tiber Island (Lungotevere degli Anguillara) or at Castel Sant’Angelo (Lungotevere Tor di Nona).
The Panoramic Itinerary: “Fluvial Rome”
Duration: 1 to 2 hours of navigation
Route: The cruise takes the most picturesque section of the Tiber, navigating between the Cestio Bridge (Tiber Island) and the Regina Margherita Bridge.
Audio-guide: Historical commentary available in English (anecdotes and curiosities about the city).
The must-see monuments visible from the river:
- Castel Sant’Angelo & Sant’Angelo Bridge: A spectacular view of the ancient fortress and its statues by Bernini.
- The Dome of St. Peter’s: A unique photo framing under the arch of the Umberto I Bridge.
- The Ara Pacis: The museum of the Altar of Augustan Peace.
- The Palace of Justice: Nicknamed the “Palazzaccio”, imposing and majestic.

Option 2: “Livia Drusilla” or “Cornelia” Boats (The Corporates)
These are larger double-deck ships. They have both covered and open-air spaces. They are designed for receptions, corporate events, and even organizing atypical meeting sessions on the water.
- Capacity:
- Up to 80 people for a “Sightseeing” tour without catering.
- Up to 60 people for a tour with “F&B” in a buffet format.
- Up to 30 people for a tour with “F&B” served at the table.

- Exclusive privatization of the ship for 1h00 (or 1h30-2h with catering)

How to Request Your Quote & Book?
As places are limited and demand is high, we only work on written quotes. Please send us an email at info@beyondroma.com with:

- The exact number of participants.
- The choice of boat (San Pietro, Livia or Cornelia).
- If you want a catering option (Beverage, Buffet or Served at the table).
- Your full contact details (Company, billing address, phone)
- Any dietary restrictions
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Mandatory prepayment: All our reservations only become effective upon receipt of full prepayment. In accordance with our T&Cs and those of our partners, we do not accept any payment after the event. No payment on the boat.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer or Credit card (via secure Stripe link, +3.9% service fee at the client’s expense).
- Deadlines: Any request must be made at least 1 week in advance (business days, Monday to Friday).
- Availability: Offers are subject to the actual availability of the venues at the time of final validation (after sending the proposals).
- Booking channel: We do not take any reservations by phone or WhatsApp. As our offers are tailor-made, please send us an email or fill out the contact form.
- Cancellation: Agency fees are non-refundable. The cancellation conditions for the maritime part depend on the provider and will be communicated to you on the final quote.
