- Older participants explore Rome’s iconic landmarks and hidden gems of the Eternal City while accompanying the younger adventurers.
- Children are at the heart of the experience: they must solve riddles, answer observation questions, and find hidden details at each stop, sparking their curiosity while allowing them to discover Rome in a playful and interactive way.
The route starts at Piazza del Popolo and ends near the Pantheon. It will lead your family through the must-see sights of Rome’s historic center as well as surprising secret spots in the Italian capital. At each stage, simple and entertaining riddles help you observe the monuments more closely and enjoy a true urban adventure combining culture, observation games, and family fun in Rome.
Treasure Hunt in Rome’s Historic Center
Choose between two themes to tailor the experience to your children’s ages. The route is similar, but the approach varies depending on the chosen theme:
Theme 1: “On the Trail of Rome’s Animals and Treasures”
Rome’s zoo has released its animals! They’ve settled all over the city — on squares, fountains, and monuments. Will you be able to find them during your family treasure hunt in Rome?
Recommended for children aged 4 to 13.
Theme 2: “In Search of the Muses of Antiquity”
The muses have disappeared, captured by the gods and hidden in the streets of Rome. Your mission: to free them!
Perfect for teenagers aged 13 to 17, with a focus on art and Roman mythology.

Route: Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia… (excluding Colosseum and Vatican)
