– Illustrated recipes or personalized cards can also accompany all our shipments (price upon request).
Booking Details:
To finalize the booking, we will need the following information:
- Confirmation of the delivery date
- Your wishes, budget, and any chosen extras
- Number of items
- Event address
- Valid phone number in Italy (or WhatsApp number)
- Postal address for invoice issuance
- Preferred payment method: Pre-payment required by bank transfer or via a credit card payment link (3.9% fee for the secure Stripe system at the customer’s expense).
Sales Conditions:
- Payment upon booking by bank transfer or credit card.
- Bookings must be made via email or contact form at least 72 hours in advance (business days) and are subject to availability.
- IMPORTANT: We do not accept any booking made less than 72 hours (business days, Monday to Friday) before the requested date.
- No booking is guaranteed before prepayment and sending proof of payment.
