Treat yourself to the luxury of an exceptional table in complete confidentiality and without any constraints.
Tailor-Made Service for Corporate and Private Events
We design each gastronomic service according to the requirements of your event: intimate gala evenings, product launches, team meals, or high-end private celebrations. We adapt to your specific requests (meat menus, seafood, vegetarian, or vegan options), while scrupulously respecting any allergies or intolerances of your guests.
Rates
Since each request is entirely tailor-made and dependent on your needs, there is no standard price. Having a maximum reference budget helps us formulate the best possible proposal for you. Our flexibility allows us to design anything from a simple menu to an exceptional gastronomic meal, including upon request the presence of a Michelin-starred chef and a sommelier for your VIP private events.
To guarantee an excellent service, our pricing structure is based on fixed organization and service fees, plus the cost of the menu per guest:
- Chef Service Package: From € 700.00
(This rate covers the Chef’s presence for the event, preparation time, basic logistics, and cleaning of the kitchen space). - Menu Cost: On personalized quote
(Price per person calculated based on the number of courses, the type of menu, and the nobility of the selected fresh products).
The service includes:
- The elaboration of a tailor-made gastronomic menu (Antipasti, Primo, Secondo, Dessert).
- The selection and purchase of noble, fresh, and seasonal products.
- On-site preparation and meticulous plating.
- Complete cleaning of the kitchen or catering pantry at the end of the service.
Options & Extras:
- Wait Staff: Maître d’hôtel or professional waiter mandatory for 6 guests or more (from € 80.00 per waiter, adjusted according to the duration of the service).
- Mixology & Bar: Professional bartender service for your welcome cocktails (from € 100.00).
- Sommelier Service: Specialized selection of Italian wines and food & wine pairings carried out by our partner sommelier.
- Event Logistics: Rental of high-end tableware, glassware, floral decoration, and table linens upon request.
Practical information:
- Infrastructure: The reception venue must imperatively have a suitable and functional kitchen (stove, oven, countertops).
- Setup: The Chef and their team must have access to the premises approximately 4 to 5 hours before the start of the service.
- Adapted Menus: Specific options can be provided for special diets, and simplified menus can be created for children.
How to request your quote?
Please note that our culinary services are exclusively created tailor-made and dedicated to private or corporate events. For a personalized gastronomic proposal to be developed by our Chef, please send us an e-mail to info@beyondroma.com specifying mandatory:
- The desired date and time for the event.
- The exact number of guests (as well as any dietary restrictions or allergies to consider).
- The type of event (corporate dinner, cocktail reception, private celebration) and the desired style of cuisine.
- The exact address of the reception venue in Rome (with a description of the equipment and kitchen space available on site).
- Your maximum reference budget for the entire culinary service.
- Your potential needs for complementary services for the event (private transfer, DJ, live music band, floral decoration, or other specific requests).
- Your full contact details (company or manager’s name, phone number reachable on the day of the event, complete billing address for quote issuance).
General Conditions & Payment
- Exclusive Channel: To guarantee rigorous follow-up and the precise elaboration of your menu, all requests are handled strictly by e-mail. We do not manage any bookings by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Notice Period: As creating a tailor-made menu requires preparation time and the selection of quality suppliers, any request must be made at least 7 to 10 working days in advance, subject to the availability of our partner’s brigade.
- Compulsory Prepayment: The reservation of the date and the Chef only becomes effective upon receipt of full payment. No on-site payment on the day of the event is accepted.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer (free depending on your bank’s conditions) or credit card via the secure Stripe system (+3.9% service fees at the client’s expense).
Cancellation and Refund
- Activity Policy: Cancellation and refund eligibility conditions depend directly on the policy of the partner Chef. They will be detailed to you upon request.
- Agency Fees: Please note that for all services, the agency’s organization fees are definitively earned and strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cause of the cancellation.
- Incurred Expenses: The purchase of perishable goods, the ordering of wines, or the rental of specific equipment committed for your event are no longer refundable upon order validation.
