How to Book Your Experience
To finalize your booking, please provide us with the following information by email:
- Your preferences and your budget.
- The preferred date and time.
- The number of participants and their age range.
- Any important information (allergies, dietary restrictions, etc.), to be reported at least 7 days before the activity.
- A reachable phone number (preferably WhatsApp).
- Your full billing address.
General Conditions
- Reservations: Reservations must be made by email or via our contact form, at least 3 business days in advance, subject to availability.
- Payment Terms: Payment is required upon booking and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.9% fee applies for credit card payments via the secure Stripe system.
- Contact: To ensure accurate and efficient tracking, all inquiries and bookings are handled only by email. We do not manage requests by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Thank you for your understanding.
- Force Majeure: The agency cannot be held responsible for events resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to, natural disasters, political or social unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, as well as unforeseen closures of monuments or streets, or supplier delays.
- Our cancellation policy depends directly on that of the activity provider. The specific conditions for your booking are available on request.
- Please note that for all services, the agency fees are due and non-refundable, even in case of cancellation.
- Services involving the delivery of materials, such as aprons or special requests, are non-refundable after purchase.
