Cooking Class for Groups and Corporate Cooking Classes in Rome

Learn to prepare traditional Italian dishes as a group. Depending on the number of participants, your cooking class will be held in a reserved space in the historic center or in a restaurant located 20 minutes from downtown, always led by a certified chef. Our chefs are all professional chefs and will make you feel the real Italian passion for cooking.

Depending on your budget, number of participants, and preferences, several options are available:

 

Cooking Class in a Historic Center Restaurant

Availability: Daily for lunch or dinner
Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours (1.5 hours of class followed by lunch or dinner)
Meeting Point: Historic center restaurant
Languages: English or Italian (other languages with an interpreter)
Minimum: 10 participants / Maximum: 75 participants

 

Option 1: Fettuccine & Maltagliati Class

During this class, participants will learn to make 2 different types of fresh pasta. Starting with basic ingredients like eggs and flour, clients will follow the Italian chef’s instructions and make their handmade pasta!
The class includes the preparation of two types of pasta, Maltagliati and Fettuccine, and lasts approximately 1.5 hours. At the end of the lesson, participants can sit down and enjoy the pasta they prepared, accompanied by an aperitif (Prosecco and Tomato Bruschetta) and a dessert: tiramisu, not part of the class, will be served directly to participants at the table. The meal will be accompanied by wine, coffee, and limoncello.

Option 2: Fettuccine & Tiramisu Class

During this class, participants will learn to make 1 type of fresh pasta and 1 tiramisu. The chef will show you the type of pasta you can prepare, and you will choose your preferred one to make. When the lesson is finished, simply choose your sauce topping (carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, alfredo, etc.).
The class includes the preparation of Fettuccine pasta and tiramisu and lasts approximately 1.5 hours, followed by a meal with the prepared dishes accompanied by an aperitif (Prosecco and Tomato Bruschetta) and tiramisu, accompanied by wine, coffee, and limoncello.

  • Price: € 90,00 per person

Prices include a BeyondRoma assistant who will accompany you from the hotel to the cooking class venue and oversee logistics on-site, from the beginning of the class to the end of dinner.

 


 

Exclusive Cooking Class in Trastevere

Availability: Daily for lunch or dinner
Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours (1.5 hours of class followed by lunch or dinner)
Meeting Point: Private studio in the Trastevere neighborhood
Languages: French, English, or Italian (other languages with an interpreter)
Minimum: 15 participants / Maximum: 60 participants

 

Option 1: Pizza Workshop

Want to become a pro Italian pizza maker for a day? During this workshop, join our pizza maker who will teach you the art and tricks to make your own pizza dough by hand. You can top your pizza with seasonal products and according to your current cravings. At the end of your class, you can taste the prepared dishes accompanied by bruschetta, a dessert, and fine Italian wines while sharing a moment with the chef and other participants.

In addition, you will leave with your recipe to make your own homemade pizza and implement all the tips you learned at home!

Option 2: Fresh Pasta Preparation Class

Making two types of fresh pasta (Cavatelli and Ravioli). Then tasting the prepared dishes, with bruschetta (or an antipasti buffet, cheeses

, and cold cuts for groups of more than 30 people) and a dessert accompanied by Italian wines to warm the atmosphere: guaranteed ambiance!

Option 3: Italian Cuisine Class

Making two types of fresh pasta (Cavatelli and Ravioli), followed by a main course and its accompaniment. At the end of the class, participants will taste the prepared dishes with different sauces made by the chef, antipasti, and a dessert, all accompanied by Italian wines.

Cooking Class in a Traditional Restaurant

Availability: Daily for dinner
Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours (1.5 hours of class followed by lunch or dinner)
Meeting Point: Restaurant located 20 minutes from downtown

Minimum: 20 participants / Maximum: 150 participants

Masterchef Concept

Availability: Daily for dinner
Duration: Approximately 3 hours (2-hour challenge followed by lunch or dinner)
Meeting Point: Depending on the group size
Languages: English or Italian (other languages with an interpreter)
Minimum: 40 participants / Maximum: 100 participants

Participants are divided into teams in a reserved space. Then each team will have to make a guided recipe following the instructions of an Italian chef. At the end of the allotted time, the chefs taste the dishes of the different teams and select the winners. Finally, participants will taste the prepared dishes, accompanied by Italian wines. The menus consist of an antipasti, a primo (pasta dish), and a dessert. Before leaving, each participant will receive a recipe booklet, an apron (possibility to personalize it with the company logo), and a participation certificate.

For all cooking classes, the following services can be added:

Booking Terms:

To finalize the booking, we need the following information:
– Number and age of participants
– Date and preferred time for your activity
– Chosen class/option
– A valid phone number in Italy (or valid on WhatsApp)
– A postal address to issue your invoice
 


 

Sales Conditions:

– Payment upon booking by bank transfer or secure payment system by credit card (Stripe).
– Payment, cancellation, and refund details are specified on the invoice that will be sent to you by email.
– Reservations must be made by email or through the contact form at least 48 hours in advance from Monday to Friday (subject to availability).
 


 

Additional Information:

– It is important to inform us at the time of booking of any intolerances, allergies, or special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) to have an adapted menu. We can easily accommodate vegetarians, special diet, any sort of food intolerances and even the most discerning palate.
