Please note that the organization of our classic picnics (baskets, park deliveries) is currently suspended for the 2026 season, as our historical supplier has ceased operations.
ALTERNATIVES FOR CORPORATE & LARGE GROUPS (> 20 PAX):
Unfortunately, we can no longer process requests for individuals or small groups.
However, for Companies and Groups of more than 20 people, our team can work on tailor-made alternative solutions (event catering, outdoor buffet, etc.).
Do not hesitate to contact us to study a suitable option together.
For your group events or corporate outings, discover the convivial experience of an outdoor lunch in Rome. We can organize lunch or buffet formulas in suitable venues, or directly in your office gardens or on a private site.

Booking Procedures:
To discuss an alternative and receive a quote, please send an email to info@beyondroma.com with:
- Desired date and time
- Exact number of participants (Min. 20 pax)
- Estimated budget per person (mandatory to receive a suitable proposal)
- Full contact details (Company, billing address, phone number)
- Any dietary restrictions (allergies, special diets)
Terms of Sale & Payment:
- Mandatory Prepayment: All our reservations only become effective upon receipt of full prepayment. In accordance with our T&Cs and those of our partners, we do not accept any payment after the event.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer or Credit Card (via secure Stripe link, +3.9% service fee charged to the client).
- Deadlines: All requests must be made at least 1 week in advance (business days, Monday to Friday).
- Availability: Offers are subject to the actual availability of the caterer/venue at the time of final validation.
- Booking Channel: We do not accept any reservations by phone or WhatsApp. As our offers are custom-made, please email us.
- Cancellation: Agency fees are non-refundable. Cancellation conditions for the catering/supplier portion depend on the provider and will be communicated in the final quote.
