1. Our Private Guided Tours
An expert guide dedicated exclusively to your group for an in-depth and personalized discovery.
Rates for a private guide:
- 3-hour tour: from €250.00 (total price for the group)
- Half-day (4 hours): from €300.00 (total price for the group)
- Full day (8 hours): from €500.00 (total price for the group)
- Several days: Contact us for a custom quote.
The price is indicative and varies depending on the language, group size, and date.
Included: Creation of a custom itinerary, accompaniment by an official guide.
Excluded: Skip-the-line entrance tickets, headsets (mandatory for 6+ people), guide’s meal (for full-day tours), transfers.
2. Our Tour Leader Service
For total peace of mind, a tour leader manages all the logistics of your stay for you: transfers, restaurant reservations, tour coordination, etc. They are your on-site contact for a smooth and stress-free trip.
Rates for a tour leader:
- Hourly rate: €40.00 / hour (minimum 3 hours)
- Half-day (4 hours): from €100.00
- Full day (8 hours): from €180.00
- Several days: Contact us for a custom quote.
Included: 360-degree assistance, logistical management, and problem-solving.
Excluded: Transfers and tour leader’s meals.
Our Additional Services for a Turnkey Stay
- Transfers: By car, minivan, or bus to/from airports and train stations, or private driver service for the duration of your trip and excursions (even outside of Rome).
- Accommodation: Booking of hotels and apartments (at the same price as Booking!).

How to Book Your Experience
To finalize your booking, please provide us with the following information by email:

- The preferred date and time.

General Conditions
- Reservations: Reservations must be made by email or via our contact form at least 3 business days in advance, subject to availability.
- Payment Terms: Payment is required upon booking and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.9% fee applies for credit card payments via the secure Stripe system.
- Contact: To ensure accurate and efficient tracking, all inquiries and bookings are handled only by email. We do not manage requests by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Thank you for your understanding.
- Force Majeure: The agency cannot be held responsible for events resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to, natural disasters, political or social unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, as well as unforeseen closures of monuments or streets, or supplier delays.
- Our cancellation policy depends directly on that of the activity provider. The specific conditions for your booking are available on request.
- Please note that for all services, the agency fees are due and non-refundable, even in case of cancellation.
- Services involving the delivery of materials, such as aprons or special requests, are non-refundable after purchase.
