How Your Team Building Treasure Hunt Unfolds:
- Briefing and Kick-off: Our facilitators welcome your group, explain the rules of the game, and launch the challenge in a friendly and motivating atmosphere.
- Personalized Game Kits: Each team receives a “Kit” customized with your company’s logo, including a map, clues, and the missions to accomplish.
- An Interactive Route in the Heart of Rome: Teams follow an itinerary punctuated by cultural riddles, creative photo challenges, and surprise tasks.
- Real-Time Assistance: A dedicated WhatsApp group allows each team to submit their answers, receive help if needed, and stay in touch with our coordinators.

- Booking: We recommend booking at least 10 working days in advance (15 working days for groups of over 50 people), subject to availability.
- Reservations: Reservations must be made by email or via our contact form, at least 3 working days in advance, subject to availability.
- Payment Terms: Payment is required upon booking and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.9% fee applies for credit card payments via the secure Stripe system.
- Contact: To ensure accurate and efficient follow-up, all requests and bookings are handled only by email. We do not manage requests by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Thank you for your understanding.
- Force Majeure: The agency cannot be held responsible for events resulting from force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political or social unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, as well as unforeseen closures of monuments or streets, or supplier delays.
Cancellation and Specific Conditions
- In case of cancellation, the deposit paid upon booking is retained by the agency and is non-refundable. It serves to secure the firm booking of your date, which leads us to refuse other events for that slot.
- In case of light rain, the activity is maintained and the organization adapted.
- In case of severe weather (RED ALERT) making the activity dangerous, the event may be postponed (subject to our availability) or refunded, with the exception of our 10% agency fee. This decision must be made at least 7 days before the event date.
- Please note that for all services, the agency fees are due and non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- Entrance tickets for monuments or attractions are non-refundable, unless the site has an exceptional refund policy (in which case, the refund will be made after deducting our agency fees).
- Services involving the delivery of materials, such as personalized gifts or special requests, are non-refundable after purchase.
