• Group Arrangements: Our private tours are available for as few as one person. We handle large corporate groups of up to 300 participants with seamless coordination (1 guide for every 20 people, maximum). For groups of more than 20 people, an assistant is provided to ensure seamless coordination. Headphones are required and included for groups of more than 8 people.

To finalize your guided tour reservation, please provide us with the following information via email:

• The tour package you've chosen (or your preferences for a customized tour).
• Your preferred date and time.
• The number of participants and their ages.
• The language of your choice.
• A phone number (preferably WhatsApp).
• The complete address for billing purposes.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking, either by bank transfer (no fees) or credit card (+3.9% fee).
• Reservation Deadline: Reservations must be made by email at least 3 business days in advance, subject to availability.
• Cancellation: Once tickets and/or a guide have been booked, the service cannot be canceled and is non-refundable.
• Changes: Any changes are subject to a fee and are subject to the suppliers' policies.
• Force Majeure: The agency cannot be held liable for unforeseen events (strikes, site closures, etc.).

• It is important to let us know about any food intolerances, allergies, or special dietary requirements at the time of booking for any service that includes food.
• We strongly recommend wearing comfortable shoes for all of our tours.
• Summer Heat: Summers in Rome can be very hot. We recommend scheduling your sightseeing for the mornings or late afternoons, avoiding the hottest hours (noon to 4 p.m.). Be sure to bring water, a hat, and sunscreen. Tip: Rome is dotted with public fountains (“nasoni”) where you can fill your water bottles with fresh, drinking water.
