Divided into teams, the participants set out to explore Rome. Their mission: to solve puzzles, tackle creative challenges, and interact with locals. Much more than just a tour, it’s a true adventure that fosters collaboration and a healthy competitive spirit in an exceptional setting.

Practical Information

• Availability: Daily, by reservation, with a departure time of your choice. During the summer (when temperatures are high), we recommend an early morning or late afternoon departure; our team will help you choose the best time based on your schedule.
• Duration: Flexible, ranging from 2.5 to 4 hours to fit your schedule. A minimum duration of 3 hours is strongly recommended to give your teams enough time to explore the game at their own pace.
• Starting point: Piazza del Popolo or the Quirinale (other locations are also available, such as your hotel or seminar venue).
• Languages: French, English, Italian, Spanish (other languages available upon request).
• Group size: 10 to 1,000 participants.

Teams earn points throughout the game. At the end, the team with the highest score wins the game… and a final treasure!

Our rates are on a sliding scale and vary depending on the size of your group. The prices listed below are "starting at" and may vary depending on the options selected and the requested date (high or low season).

• Groups of 10 to 15 people: starting at €95.00 per person
• Groups of 15 to 30 people: starting at €90.00 per person
• Groups of 30 to 50 people: starting at €85.00 per person
• Groups of 50 to 80 people: starting at €80.00 per person
• Groups of 80 to 100 people: starting at €70.00 per person
• Groups of 100 or more: by quote (starting at €65.00 per person)

The price includes:

Requests and Reservation Processes

• Initial Contact with Our Team: To ensure thorough follow-up, all requests (quotes, availability, reservations, and logistics) are handled exclusively via email (info@beyondroma.com) or through our online form. For organizational reasons, we will not process any requests by phone, text message, or WhatsApp.
• Response Times: As a general rule, you will receive a response within 72 business hours (Monday through Friday). However, this timeframe is suspended during the agency’s annual closure (the period between Christmas and New Year’s Day).
• Create Your Itinerary: Would you like to combine several activities? Simply click the “heart” icon to add activities to your favorites and send us a single request that includes them all.
• Need a turnkey trip? If your project requires a comprehensive proposal that includes finding accommodations, please fill out our dedicated form in its entirety.
• Advance Notice Required (No Last-Minute Requests): To ensure seamless planning, we are unable to handle last-minute requests. All requests must be submitted at least 3 business days (Monday through Friday) in advance. Without this advance notice, we will unfortunately be unable to process your request.
• Reservations: We recommend making a reservation at least 10 business days in advance (15 business days for groups of more than 50 people), subject to availability.
• Reservations: Reservations must be made by email or through our contact form at least 3 business days in advance, subject to availability.

2. Payment Terms

• Reservation Confirmation: The reservation is not definitively confirmed until we receive the advance payment and proof of payment. No reservation is guaranteed until payment is received.
• Accepted payment methods:
• Bank transfer (SEPA): Free (subject to the terms and conditions of your own bank and the country of origin).
• Credit card: Through our fully secure online payment system (Stripe platform). Please note that a 3.9% fee applies to credit card payments made through the secure Stripe system.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Deposit and Agency Fees: In the event of a complete cancellation of your event, the deposit paid at the time of booking is retained by the agency and is non-refundable. This deposit serves to guarantee your firm reservation of the date, which allows us to decline other events for that time slot. Please note that for all services, agency fees are due and non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.
• Cancellation and Refund: Our cancellation policy is directly based on that of the activity provider. The specific terms and conditions for your reservation are available upon request.
• Ticket Sales: Admission tickets for monuments or attractions are non-refundable, unless the site has a special refund policy (in which case, the refund will be issued after deducting our agency fees).
• Special Orders and Related Costs: Services that involve the delivery of physical items, such as personalized gifts or special requests, are non-refundable after purchase.
• Force Majeure: The agency shall not be held liable for events resulting from force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political or social unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, as well as unexpected closures of monuments or streets, or delays by service providers.
• (Specific to Treasure Hunts) In the event of light rain, the activity will proceed as scheduled, with adjustments made as needed. In the event of severe weather (RED ALERT) that makes the activity dangerous, the event may be rescheduled (subject to our availability) or refunded, minus our 10% agency fee. This decision must be made at least 7 days before the event date.
