The chef will give a demonstration to share the secrets of cacio e pepe, this typical Roman dish that is part of the meal, accompanied by meatballs with tomato sauce and a small dessert.

Special tasting for groups
The large room can accommodate a maximum of 55 people. For larger groups it is also possible to organize private tastings at different times and languages or in atypical places such as a historic lounge or a panoramic terrace. But also to organize tastings presented by a professional sommelier who will involve the group in games and team-building activities.
