Consecutive Interpretation: The speaker talks for a few moments, then pauses while the interpreter translates. Ideal for small meetings and site visits.
Simultaneous Interpretation: Real-time translation (like at the UN). Perfect for formal conferences without interruption. It requires 2 interpreters and specific technical equipment (booth, headsets).
It is, of course, possible to organize simultaneous interpretations with all the necessary specialized equipment provided.
Greetings, board meetings, press conferences, product presentations: all your guests will be able to enjoy the speeches of your speakers.

- On a quote basis, depending on the duration of the event, the type of service, technical complexity, and the chosen language (starting from €180.00 / hour / interpreter).

How to Book Your Experience
To finalize your booking, please send us the following information by email:
- Preferred date, time, and duration.
- The location of the event or your hotel address.
- Your preferred language.
- The number of participants, their age range, and their industry sector.
- Any important information, to be reported at least 7 days before the activity.
- A phone number reachable in Italy (or working on WhatsApp).
- Your full address for billing.
General Conditions
- Booking: We recommend booking at least 10 working days in advance (15 working days for groups of over 50 people), subject to availability.
- Reservations: Reservations must be made by email or via our contact form, at least 3 working days in advance, subject to availability.
- Payment Terms: Payment is required upon booking and can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.9% fee applies for credit card payments via the secure Stripe system.
- Contact: To ensure accurate and efficient follow-up, all requests and bookings are handled only by email. We do not manage requests by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Thank you for your understanding.
- Force Majeure: The agency cannot be held responsible for events resulting from force majeure, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, political or social unrest, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, as well as unforeseen closures of monuments or streets, or supplier delays.
- Our cancellation policy depends directly on that of the activity provider. The specific conditions for your booking are available upon request.
- Please note that for all services, the agency fees are due and non-refundable, even in case of cancellation.
- Services involving the delivery of materials, such as personalized gifts or special requests, are non-refundable after purchase.
