How to book?
To request availability and book your Burlesque lesson or show, please send us an e-mail to info@beyondroma.com specifying:
- The chosen package (Bachelorette Workshop, Corporate Show, or special request).
- Your preferred date and time.
- The exact number of participants (and any specific restrictions such as pregnancy).
- Your full contact details (name, valid phone number reachable on WhatsApp on the day of the event, complete billing address for the issuance of the invoice sent by email).
General Conditions & Payment
- Exclusive Channel: To guarantee rigorous follow-up, all requests and logistical details are handled strictly by e-mail. We do not manage any bookings or modifications by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Notice Period: Any request must be made at least 72 hours in advance (working days, Monday to Friday) for the studio rental, subject to the actual availability of the artists.
- Compulsory Prepayment: The reservation only becomes effective upon receipt of full payment. No on-site payment on the day of the activity is accepted.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer (free depending on your bank’s conditions) or credit card via the secure Stripe system (+3.9% service fees at the client’s expense).
Cancellation and Refund
- Activity Policy: Cancellation and refund eligibility conditions depend directly on the policy of the partner cabaret studio. They will be detailed to you upon request.
- Agency Fees: Please note that for all services, the agency’s organization fees are definitively earned and strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cause of the cancellation.
- Special Orders: Supplements involving the delivery of materials (boas, personalized gifts, special requests) are no longer refundable after purchase.
