- Disco Bus (up to 14 people): from € 750.00 for a 1h or 2h tour.

The luxurious interior of limousines and Hummers leaves very limited space for luggage. If your group is traveling with suitcases, booking an additional luggage minivan is mandatory to ensure your comfort on board.

For wedding ceremonies, we offer a fully tailored, higher-standard service. Please note that the standard rates displayed above do not apply to weddings.
Our bridal packages include ultra-premium services essential for this unique day (vehicle floral decoration, red carpet, premium Champagne, flexible waiting time for the bridal party and photoshoots, etc.).

How to Book Your VIP Vehicle?
To check the availability of our fleet and receive an accurate quote, please send us your request by email to info@beyondroma.com, ensuring you include the following information:
- The desired date and time for the service.
- The vehicle model chosen (Limousine, Hummer, Party Bus…) and the duration of the tour.
- The exact number of participants.
- The exact pick-up and drop-off addresses (hotel, airport, restaurant…). Note: Access is subject to street practicability for long vehicles.
- The presence of luggage (Requires an additional minivan).
- A contact phone number for the group leader (reachable on the day in Italy or via WhatsApp).
- Your complete billing details (Name, surname, or company and address).
General Terms of Sale & Cancellation
By confirming your quote, you accept the following terms:
- Mandatory Prepayment: All our reservations become final only upon receipt of full prepayment. In accordance with our procedures, no cash payment directly to the driver is accepted on the day of the service.
- Payment Methods: Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that a 3.9% commission applies to credit card payments via our secure Stripe link.
- Booking Deadlines: To guarantee the availability of our prestige vehicles, all requests must reach us at least 3 working days in advance.
- Communication Channel: To ensure the traceability of your event file, all requests and bookings are handled exclusively by email. We do not process reservations by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. Thank you for your understanding.
- Logistics and Luggage: The interior of limousines and Hummers is not designed for bulky luggage. If the group is traveling with suitcases (especially for airport transfers), renting an additional logistics minivan is mandatory.
- Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation on your part, the agency’s organization fees remain acquired and are non-refundable. The cancellation policy regarding the vehicle is strictly tied to that of our transport partner and will be communicated upon request.
- Force Majeure: The agency cannot be held responsible for events resulting from a case of force majeure (natural disasters, exceptional traffic, unexpected road closures blocking the planned route, strikes, unforeseeable breakdowns) impacting or delaying the service.
