The Concept: From the Table to the Dancefloor
Your evening begins with a refined dinner in a privileged space. Depending on the chosen venue (Historic Palace in the Pantheon, Tropical Oasis in Prati, or Riverboat on the Tiber), you will enjoy a personalized menu created with our partner chefs.
- VIP Welcome: Greeting by our hosts and installation at your reserved tables.
- The Dinner: Full 3 or 4-course menus (Antipasti, Primo, Secondo, and Dessert) with drinks included.
- Atmosphere: Background music during the meal to encourage networking, before making way for the DJ set for the clubbing session.

To personalize your event and ensure maximum comfort for your teams or guests, we offer a range of additional services:
During Dinner:
- Selection of premium wines and prestigious cuvées.
- Open Bar Wine & Beer (available on request for large groups).
For the Clubbing Session (VIP Access):
- Reserved Areas: VIP tables by the dance floor for the second part of the night.
- Drink Cards: Pre-paid drink tickets to simplify your budget management.
- Bottle Service: Wide choice of spirits and Champagnes with table service (including soft drinks and mixers).
- Open Bar: Full Open Bar packages available with partial or total privatization.
Organization & Booking
As a local agency, we do more than just book a table: we coordinate the entire logistics, including VIP transfers from your hotel and the management of specific requests (entertainment, photographers, corporate branding).
To receive a proposal tailored to your budget and group profile, contact us: info@beyondroma.com with:
- Desired date and time.
- Exact number of participants (Min. 10 pax).
- Your budget per person (essential information).
- Your hotel name in Rome (or “Hotel search in progress”).
- Type of atmosphere requested (Festive, chic, atypical…).
- Full contact details (Company, billing address, phone).
- Any dietary restrictions.
General Terms of Sale
- Mandatory Prepayment: All bookings only become effective upon receipt of full prepayment.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer or Credit Card (via secure Stripe link, +3.9% service fee).
- Deadlines: All requests must be made at least 1 week in advance (working days).
- Booking Channel: We do not take reservations via phone or WhatsApp. As our offers are tailor-made, please send us an email.
- Cancellation: Agency fees are non-refundable. Cancellation terms for F&B depend on the partner venue and will be specified in the quote.
