Choose the backdrop for your session. Each route can be customized according to your wishes and the chosen duration.
- Ancient & Imperial Rome: The Colosseum (secret viewpoints away from the crowds), the Monti district (bohemian charm), Imperial Forums, Trajan’s Markets, and the panoramic view of the Capitol.
- The Great Beauty (Historic Center): Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Trinità dei Monti, Via Margutta (the artists’ street), and the Pincio terrace at sunset.
- Roman Charm (Trastevere & Panoramas): Ponte Sisto, the ochre alleys of Trastevere, the Janiculum viewpoint, Tiber Island, and the Jewish Ghetto.
- Secret & Unusual Rome: The Orange Garden, the Knights of Malta keyhole, the authentic Testaccio district, and the Pyramid.

Practical Information
- Availability: Every day (upon reservation).
- Timing: We will advise you on the ideal time (often early morning or late afternoon) to benefit from the “Golden Hour” and avoid crowds.
- Photographer’s languages: French, English, Italian.
- Delivery: Photos are selected, professionally edited, and sent via a secure download link within 7 days.
- Public Holidays: Supplement of + € 30.00 on the total price on Italian public holidays.
Booking & Quote Request
Contact our team at info@beyondroma.com specifying:
- The desired date and number of participants.
- The chosen itinerary or style/ambiance.
- The name of your hotel in Rome (to define the meeting point).
- Any transport needs (e.g., request for a vintage Fiat 500 for the shoot).
General Terms and Conditions
- Mandatory Prepayment: All reservations become effective only after receipt of full prepayment. In accordance with our T&Cs, we do not accept payment after the event.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer or Credit Card (via secure Stripe link, service fee of +3.9% charged to the client).
- Deadlines: All requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance (business days, Monday to Friday).
- Booking Channel: We do not accept any reservations by phone or WhatsApp. As our offers are tailor-made, please send us an email or fill out the contact form.
- Lateness: The shoot starts and ends at the agreed time. Any participant delay or excessive travel time will be deducted from the shooting time.
- Weather: In case of light rain, the shoot is maintained. In case of severe weather (Red Alert), the session may be rescheduled or refunded (excluding 10% agency fees).
- Cancellation: Agency fees are due and non-refundable. Specific cancellation conditions will be communicated on the final quote.
