Please note that we do not have a ticketing or direct online sales system. Our event and sports services are exclusively created tailor-made and dedicated to groups, so we do not offer any standardized packages. - The event, match, or discipline that interests you, as well as the preferred date.
- The exact number of participants.
- The requested type of seating (standard group-managed stadium seats or private VIP box / Hospitality lounge).
- Your overall budget or budget per person for this service.
- Your full contact details (name, valid phone number reachable on WhatsApp on the event day, complete billing address for the issuance of the invoice sent by email).
General Conditions & Payment
- Exclusive Channel: To guarantee rigorous follow-up, all requests and logistical details are handled strictly by e-mail. We do not manage any bookings or modifications by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Notice Period: Given the constraints linked to official ticketing and sports federation calendars, any group request must be made at least 72 hours in advance (working days, Monday to Friday), subject to actual availability at the time of validation.
- Compulsory Prepayment: The booking of tickets or the privatization of infrastructures only becomes effective upon receipt of full payment. No on-site payment on the day of the event is accepted.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer (free depending on your bank’s conditions) or credit card via the secure Stripe system (+3.9% service fees at the client’s expense).
Cancellation and Refund
- Activity Policy: Cancellation conditions, nominal ticket modifications, and refund eligibility depend directly on the official policies of the sports organizations, clubs, or stadium managers. They will be detailed to you on your quote.
- Agency Fees: Please note that for all services, the agency’s organization and research fees are definitively earned and strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cause of the cancellation.
- Special Orders: Ancillary services ordered with the delivery of materials or specific catering services linked to the event are no longer refundable after purchase.
