Private airport transfers with a chauffeur from Fiumicino or Ciampino
Availability: Every day from 6 AM to 10 PM (surcharge for transfers between 10 PM and 6 AM and on holidays)
Duration: Between 30 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes (depending on traffic and your destination in Rome)
Meeting point: Departure transfer: Airport arrival terminal / Return transfer: Your accommodation or upon request
Languages: Drivers speak Italian and, upon request, English
Rates for Small Groups
- Car (3 seats): € 70.00 per car / per transfer
- Minivan (6 seats): € 90.00 per minivan / per transfer
- Minivan (8 seats): € 100.00 per minivan / per transfer
Surcharges
- Baby seat: + € 5.00 per transfer per seat
- Night hours: + € 20.00 per transfer
- Prosecco and glasses onboard: + € 60.00 per bottle
- Champagne and glasses onboard: + € 150.00 per bottle

- Bus (16 seats): From € 350.00 per bus + Mandatory ZTL fees in Rome
- Bus (24 seats): From € 390.00 per bus + Mandatory ZTL fees in Rome
- Bus (32 seats): From € 450.00 per bus + Mandatory ZTL fees in Rome
- Bus (49 seats): From € 500.00 per bus + Mandatory ZTL fees in Rome
- Bus (58 seats): From € 530.00 per bus + Mandatory ZTL fees in Rome
Surcharges for Large Groups
- Airport assistance: From € 30.00/hour (minimum 3 hours)
- Night hours: + 20% of the price per transfer
Booking Procedures:
To finalize the booking, we need the following information:
- Flight times and numbers, arrival terminal, drop-off location (your accommodation)
- Chosen mode of transport
- Preferred date and time for your transfer
- A valid phone number in Italy (or valid on WhatsApp)
- A postal address for invoicing
Terms of Sale:
- Payment upon booking by bank transfer or secure card payment (Stripe)
- Payment, cancellation, and refund details are specified on the invoice sent by email
- Bookings must be made by email or contact form at least 72 hours in advance (Monday to Friday, subject to availability)
Additional Information:
- Any unplanned stop or route will be paid directly to the driver
- Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the transfer time (Monday to Friday) to guarantee the change and avoid a € 15.00 fee
- All prices include taxes and tolls
