Essential Information About Our Tours
- Certified Guides: All our guides are officially licensed by the Province of Rome (holders of a “patentino”). In Italy, it is illegal to conduct tours without this certification. We work exclusively with professionals to guarantee the highest quality service.
- Group Size: Each group is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. For larger groups, multiple bookings will be required.
1. Private Guided Tours – Museums & Sistine Chapel (3h)

- Ticket & Audio Fees: from € 40.00 per person for skip-the-line tickets, agency fees, and headsets.
(Includes: Vatican Museums skip-the-line tickets + Mandatory headsets + Management fees). - Guide Languages: French, English, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Russian, Chinese, and others on request.
*This tour ends inside the Sistine Chapel. You can then access St. Peter’s Basilica independently (subject to crowd control).
2. Small Group Guided Tour (2h)

Practical Information for Your Visit
- Opening Hours (2026):
- Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Last entry 06:00 PM).
- Last Sunday of the month: 09:00 AM – 02:00 PM (Last entry 12:30 PM). Free entry (very crowded).
- Specific Rules: No photos allowed inside the Sistine Chapel. Phones must be on silent mode.
- Cloakroom (Guardaroba): Mandatory free deposit for suitcases, large backpacks (> 40x35x15 cm), and non-foldable umbrellas.
- Meeting Point: Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time at the entrance of the Vatican Museums (Viale Vaticano) with your voucher (digital or printed).
- Dress Code: Access refused if shoulders or knees are not covered (applies to everyone, men and women).
- Security: Mandatory security checks at the entrance with ID presentation. Sharp objects (knives, scissors) and weapons are prohibited.
- Accessibility: The standard route is not fully wheelchair accessible. Alternative routes are available; please inform us when booking.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- Booking Channel: All requests and bookings are processed exclusively by email or via our contact form to ensure rigorous tracking. We do not manage requests via phone, WhatsApp, or SMS.
- Prepayment: Booking is confirmed only after full payment (Bank Transfer or Credit Card via Stripe +3.9% fees).
- Availability: As the Vatican is one of the most popular sites in the world, slots sell out very quickly. Maximum anticipation is advised.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Ticketing: Entrance tickets purchased on your behalf are nominative, non-changeable, and non-refundable once issued.
- Guide Service: Cancellation > 14 days before the date: 50% refund of the guide service. Cancellation < 14 days: No refund (100% fees).
