EXCLUSIVE SERVICE FOR GROUPS & CORPORATE
As an accredited DMC, we manage your event evenings from A to Z. We do not handle individual reservations or groups of fewer than 10 people.
1. Historic Palace Club (Pantheon District)
Located in a historic mansion in the heart of Rome, this multi-room club is the gold standard for festive dinners and VIP nights.
- Format: Possible privatization of 3 exclusive rooms from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, followed by the clubbing night.
- Group Options:
- Large Groups: Seated buffet menu, Welcome Drink + 3 drink cards (or Open Wine from 9 PM to 11 PM). From € 90.00 (incl. VAT)/pers.
- Served Dinners (Meat or Fish Menu): Refined Roman cuisine including wine (1 bottle for 2) and direct access to the party. From € 80.00 (incl. VAT)/pers.
- After-Dinner: Access to the club with a dedicated area. Drink tickets or open bar services available for large groups. Table reservations with bottle service for VIP or smaller groups.
2. The Tropical Oasis Club (Prati/Vatican District)
The trendiest venue in the capital. An urban sanctuary with a pool, ideal for a young, trendy, and international clientele.
- Culinary Experience: High-quality Japanese and fusion dinner, served as sharing plates to encourage conviviality among colleagues.
- The Club: After dinner, the party continues around the pool with the city’s best DJ sets.
- VIP Offer: Privileged access to Club area tables and bespoke bottle service.
3. The Floating Club on the Tiber (Piazza del Popolo District)
An elegant boat at quay offering breathtaking views of the river, combining historical charm with contemporary design.
- Privatization: Full or semi-privatization options for the upper deck or the design lounge.
- Format: Seated dinner or cocktail buffet followed by an exclusive DJ set.
- Open Bar: Customizable Open Bar formulas for your gala nights or seminar conclusions.

Organizing a corporate dinner, a festive evening, or a gala event in Rome? Delegate the logistics to us. As a local agency with an on-site team and a DMC accredited by the Latium Convention Bureau, we open the doors to exclusive venues and manage the entire organization.
In addition to finding the perfect venue, our Venue Finder service also finds the ideal hotel for your seminar or convention for free:
- Hotel: If you don’t have accommodation yet, we will find the right establishment for your group. If you already have a hotel, please provide the address to optimize transfers.
- Tailor-made: All our clubbing offers are modular. We build your project based on your desires and budget.

- Desired date and time.
- Exact number of participants (Min. 10 pax).
- Your budget per person (essential information).
- Hotel name in Rome (or “Hotel search in progress”).
- Atmosphere requested (Festive, chic, atypical, luxury…).
- Full company details (Name, billing address, phone).
- Any dietary restrictions.
General Terms of Sale
- Mandatory Prepayment: Bookings are only effective upon receipt of full prepayment.
- Payment Methods: Bank transfer or Credit Card (via secure Stripe link, +3.9% service fee).
- Deadlines: Requests must be made at least 1 week in advance.
- Booking Channel: We do not take reservations via phone or WhatsApp. Please send an email.
- Cancellation: Agency fees are non-refundable. Cancellation terms for F&B depend on the partner venue and will be specified in the quote.
