Enjoy a welcoming experience led by a sommelier as you discover Italy’s wine regions through a selection of exceptional wines paired with traditional dishes, in the heart of our two exceptional restaurants located just steps from each other in the historic center.

For your large-scale events, we have two complementary spaces located side by side, offering a total capacity of 165 people: La Remise (85–90 guests: 53 seats in the main room, 30–35 in the heated veranda, and 12 in the private cellar) and La Remise Fab (75 guests: 30 seats on the ground floor and 45 on the lower level).

"Journey to Italy" Menu (a convivial, shared dining experience): "Perini" natural welcome cocktail; selection of fresh cheeses served "family style" + sparkling wine pairing; Cacio e Pepe pasta + red wine pairing; Polpette with sugo and caciocavallo + red wine pairing; Tiramisu + "Collettivo Botanico" natural vermouth. Included: water, bread from Roscioli Bakery, and guidance from our sommeliers. Estimated group price: starting at €90.00 per person.

Cooking Classes & Wine Tasting

Learn how to make Rome’s most famous pasta dishes and tiramisu with local experts (12:00 p.m., lunch included, duration approximately 3 hours). Group cooking class: €150.00 per person. Private class with a personal chef: €195.00 per person. Option to visit the Campo de’ Fiori market & private chef (4 hours): €250.00 per person.

In addition to our partner establishments, we bring our culinary expertise to your corporate events: wine and local product tastings held right in your offices, your hotel meeting rooms, or at exceptional venues such as historic private salons and panoramic terraces in Rome.

Escape Rome for an exclusive experience at the heart of an exceptional organic winery, nestled in the picturesque hills of the Castelli Romani (Frascati). This winery combines history, sustainable viticulture, and refined hospitality, offering breathtaking views of the region—from the vineyard to the bottle.

• Location: Exclusive estate in the Castelli Romani (Frascati)
• Languages: English or Italian (French upon request)
• Participants: Private tour for groups of 6 or more
• Duration: About 3 hours on site (not including round-trip transportation from Rome)
• Price: starting at €120.00 per person (excluding transportation)

Included services: private guided tour of the historic winery and vineyards, accompanied by a certified sommelier; “Premium Selection” tasting of 3 distinctive wines (typically 2 Frascati Superiore DOCG whites and 1 Roma DOC Riserva red), tasting of extra virgin olive oil produced on the estate, a full three-course “Slow Food” lunch, water, artisanal bread, and coffee.

Packages for Corporate Groups (20 or more people)

• "Aperitivo" Wine Tour & Tasting (2 hours): guided tour of the estate (cellar and vineyards), followed by a tasting of 3 organic wines, extra virgin olive oil, local cheeses, and cold cuts.
• Wine Tour with Lunch or Dinner (3 hours): a comprehensive tour followed by a three-course sit-down meal, with food and wine pairings (3 organic wines and extra virgin olive oil).
• Cooking class and meal at the estate (4 hours): Pasta Class (fresh, handmade pasta and dessert) or Pizza Class, followed by a meal with a tasting of 3 wines and olive oil. Included: tour of the estate, class, meal, and drinks.

Add a touch of originality to your event with our exclusive activities at the estate:

• Flower Tasting — 1 hour: a unique sensory experience led by a “flower sommelier,” featuring a tasting that builds in intensity from 3 to 6 edible flowers.
• Wine Game (team building) — 1 hour: a fun challenge consisting of 4 rounds (“The Price Is Right,” “Sensory Challenge,” “Blind Red or White,” and “Food and Wine Pairings”), ideal for building team cohesion.
• Stargazing — 3 hours: observation with the naked eye or through computerized telescopes with an expert astronomer (3D/Full HD virtual space tour in case of bad weather).

Group Rates: For all of these activities, please contact us for a quote based on the number of people (groups of 20 to 60 people).

Custom Logistics & Transportation

To make your getaway even more perfect, we’ll arrange your private “door-to-door” transfer from your hotel in Rome: Classic Comfort (luxury sedan, private minivan, or luxury coach), Vintage Experience (convoy of vintage Fiat 500s), or Dolce Vita Style (vintage Vespa or classic luxury cars). Transfer prices are based on a personalized quote depending on the mode of transportation, the number of passengers, and the departure location.

• Prepayment Required: Reservations are not confirmed until full prepayment has been received. No payments will be accepted after the event.
• Payment methods: bank transfer or credit card (via a secure Stripe link; a service fee of +3.9% is charged to the customer).
• Deadlines: All requests must be submitted at least one week in advance (business days, Monday through Friday).
• Booking channel: We do not accept reservations by phone or WhatsApp. Since our offers are customized, please send us an email or fill out the contact form.
• Cancellation: Agency fees are non-refundable. Cancellation policies vary by service provider and will be provided to you in the final quote.

• It is important to let us know at the time of booking about any food intolerances, allergies, or special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) so that we can prepare an appropriate menu; vegetarian or vegan alternatives are always available upon prior request.
• For vineyard tours, a private door-to-door transfer from your hotel in Rome can be arranged upon request.
